Filaggrin Loss-of-Function Variants in Atopic Dermatitis

The de Guzman Strong lab discovered Filaggrin (FLG) loss-of-function (LOF) variants in African-American patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). We continue to investigate the genetics of AD in underserved populations using next-generation sequencing.
